Your snake has opinions — and it shares them out loud.

Classic Snake reimagined with smooth, continuous movement — hold left or right to carve your turns, release to go straight. Eat the food, dodge the walls, and try not to trip over your own tail, while an on-device AI snake comments on everything you do, live, in its own voice.

Meet the snakes

Pick a personality and it changes everything — voice, colors, food, and soundtrack. The deadpan British Snake. A mellow Surfer Dude. A jargon-spouting Corporate Snake. A dramatic Shakespearean. A serene Zen master. MC Hiss the rapper. Count Hissula. Captain Hissbeard the pirate. A cowboy. A wizard. Even your grandma.

How it plays

  • Smooth, continuous movement — not grid-based. Hold ◀ or ▶ to turn.
  • Food arrives through a wormhole. Golden food is worth triple, but it won't wait for you.
  • A live-synthesized soundtrack reacts to near misses, eat streaks, and record runs.
  • The exact same arena on every iPhone and iPad, so scores are truly comparable.

Built entirely on-device

The game runs on SpriteKit, and the snake's commentary is generated live by Apple's FoundationModels framework — no network required. The voices are synthesized on-device too, so every play session works fully offline, with no ads, no tracking, and no account.

Built entirely from a phone

The whole app — code, review, deploy, and test — happens without ever touching a Mac: Claude Code writes changes on a branch from the Claude app on iPhone, PRs get merged from the GitHub iOS app, and a GitHub Action builds the release with fastlane and ships it to TestFlight.

The AI Snake is free on the App Store, with optional in-app purchases to unlock extra snake personalities. It needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence for the snake to talk.
